18 September rewiring job. Dashboard connected and remounted

18 October 2004 Rims shot blasted and powder coated. Fitting new white wall Michelin tyres.

5 November Rear brakes and handbrakes rebuilt, wiper mechanism, front axle powder coated.

22 January 05 Using the farmer's 50 tonnes press to push the lower arm splines back into position for the reconditioned silent blocks.

31 January Setting up the distance of the lower arms and mounting new silent blocks

27 March 05 Pushing the cradle back on the body and pre-tensioning silent blocks

03 April 05 Engine back in place and silent blocks neutralised

09 April 05 Water pump and Manifold fitted. Connect up all brake Hydraulics.

10 April fix heat shield using pop rivets and mount carburettor. Adjust all linkages. Fit Electronic Ignition from NL123.

16-17 April Fix Radiator, hoses etc. Fill with Coolant, Engine Oil end gear Oil

23-24 April Finish Wiring with John Gillard, who also fits Steering Rack. Back to Bournemouth 10PM. Sunday mainly fit Kenlow electric Cooling system.

May 2nd Finish wiring Kenlow radiator and make override switch under dashboard. Move temperature gauge so you don't take off your skin when pulling handbrake. Fit rest of Stainless steel exhaust system and make rear mounting bracket.

May 8  Fit front wiring loom. Make missing radiator support brackets. Troubleshoot ignition system and find a  couple of problems that prevent engine starting. After fixing tehse the engine starts up beautifully!

May 13-14-15 Including Friday take off work. Fit Chrome radiator grille and flitch panels. Fouls Kenlowe fan, which makes enormous racket. Sort of bend everything into shave so it just clears it!. Fit wings and panel piping. Fit headlights and sidelights connect to wiring loom.

May 20-21-22-23 Including Friday and Monday Morning take off work. Friday work with Jock. Upholster boot of car and make several wooden panels for fixing upholstery and interior lights. Make brackets to put indicator lights on all 4 corners and mount horns on front bumper. Fill brake system and repair leaking joins. Try fitting bonnet. Panic when doesn't fit. Sunday Lee comes to the rescue! Remove radiator grille and move flitch panes one inch back. Move forward radiator and gain about an inch. resolve clonking noise in brake drums.
